Get the best of the city with this highlights of Paris VIP custom tour starting with a pick up at your hotel, organised with the guide and a private car. As decided beforehand, you’ll be taken around the French capital in order to discover its most famous landmarks.
The car will leave the group for walking strips at the most interesting areas such as île de la Cité (the main island) with Notre Dame cathedral and many other gems related to French history. Across the ancient palace of the king, the oldest bridge in Paris, the pont Neuf (the new bridge) provides one of the most beautiful panorama over the Seine river towards both sides of the city.
On the other side of the bridge, the right bank offers immediately great sights, such as the Palais Royal gardens and of course, the vast Louvre museum complex, where a visit of the essential must sees will be proposed (alternative option: the Eiffel Tower), with skip the line tickets, during just under two hours.
Lunch can be arranged on site or in a different neighborhood with the car remaining available throughout the day.
Other great neighborhoods include the Marais, with amazing aristocratic mansions turned into foundations or museums, the Jewish district and many art galeries or countless fashion boutiques. Montmartre is the other essential district, with unique views, the Sacré Coeur church, and the “Bohème”, artistic life at the start of the 20th century, not mentioning the typical cafés and restaurants.
A cruise on the Seine is also available (tickets will be pre-purchased) in order to admire nearly all of Paris landmarks located on both sides of the river, listed on UNESCO heritage.
The Eiffel Tower can be reached, either with the boat or by car. The visit takes two hours, including security checks (alternative option: Louvre museum). Note that convenient tickets need two months notice pre-purchase. You’ll be also taken to the other side of the river, where, facing the tower, the Trocadero square offers an interesting architectural insight into Art Deco Paris, as well as the best view to the Eiffel Tower.
At the end of the day, your driver will take you back to the hotel.
